Two different questions
How many Seedle Seeds?
I typed how many seedle seeds expecting a farming total. The useful answers were a Mario item count and a once-a-day Minecraft roll. I wrote both down before I forgot which tab was which.
Mario & Luigi: Brothership
On the Super Mario Wiki, a Seedle Seed is a seed obtained from a Seedle, with the line Maybe hold on to it for now. The oasis talking whirlpool on Allsand Island takes 30 Seedle Seeds as its fourth offering. The first three offerings listed are three Super Mushrooms, a Quick-Charge Brooch, and a Treasurefish. The reward named on the page is the Seedle-ize Battle Plug. A seed sells for 5 coins.

The same wiki page says Seedles on Conductor Island and in Monster Mania Level 2 do not drop the item. I am not adding drop rates from anywhere else.
Minecraft Seedle
If the question is about seedle.loch.tools, the count is one. Everyone shares that seed, it resets at midnight US Eastern, and you play once that day. Scoring uses 111 rules. There is not a pile of Seedle Seeds to collect inside that game.

Questions I keep getting
Do I need 30 seeds for the Minecraft game?
No. Thirty is the Brothership offering. Minecraft Seedle gives every player the same single world seed until the Eastern midnight reset.
What do 30 Seedle Seeds buy in Brothership?
They are the fourth offering at the Allsand Island oasis whirlpool. The wiki lists the Seedle-ize Battle Plug as the reward.
